How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is on us when you spend $55 or more! When ordering under $55, our flat-rate shipping fee is $9.95. There are no additional shipping charges for orders placed in the US (not including Hawaii and Alaska).

 

Where do you ship to in the US?

Roasted Roots can currently ship to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Visit each product page to check if we deliver to your zip code and stay tuned for more exciting announcements on social media!

When will my order ship?

With the influx of online orders due to Covid-19 and shipping delays with our fulfillment partner, UPS, you may experience a delay in shipping. Rest assured, the Roasted Roots team is working around the clock to ensure your snacks get to you as soon as possible, and we will email you as soon as it ships. Thank you for your patience as we navigate these new challenges.

How do I track my order?

When your order is processed, you will receive a UPS tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.

Do you ship to my country?

 

Roasted Roots can currently ship to all US states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We unfortunately cannot delivery to international addresses at this time.

Because our foods are perishable, we do not accept returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis.
